Shipping Locations We Serve
TheSignology currently ships orders within the continental United States (48 states).
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Protectorates, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations may be cancelled or refunded.
Production & Processing Time
All products offered by TheSignology are custom-made to order. Production times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and design complexity.
- Production begins after payment is received and artwork is approved
- Standard production timelines apply unless rush service is requested
- Production time does not include shipping transit time
Estimated production timelines will be communicated during the order process or by your dedicated account representative.
Shipping Methods
TheSignology works with reliable third-party carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Shipping methods and carrier selection depend on:
- Package size and weight
- Delivery destination
- Selected delivery speed
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided before order confirmation whenever possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on:

- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges may include handling, packaging, and carrier-related costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins once the order leaves our production facility.
Please note:
- Carrier delays are outside TheSignology’s control
- Weather conditions, holidays, and carrier disruptions may impact delivery
TheSignology is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays
- Additional shipping charges resulting from address errors are the customer’s responsibility
TheSignology is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear in the system.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact TheSignology customer support within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
For lost shipments, we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable. Replacement or resolution will follow carrier investigation outcomes.
Title & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

TheSignology reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
